Montalbera celebrates its tenth year anniversary by opening the doors to its newest wine cellar

Ten years of Montalbera. Ten years of passion for wine and for Ruchè.

The winery of Castagnole Monferrato is the primary producer of Ruchè and has made this native grape their symbol. It has been the principle impetus for growth in the national and international markets for the winery, and the constant, positive trend in growth has characterized the last few years for Montalbera. It has led the Morando family to invest in an important addition to the wine cellar in Castagnole Monferrato in occasion of their tenth year anniversary.

The new cellar is housed in underground rooms for all winemaking processes, from storage to aging, including a barrel room and an area for hospitality where visitors may admire over 140 hectares of unbroken vineyard land. In addition, 800 sq. m have been added to the original cellar, including a tasting room and wine shop, two areas created to welcome wine lovers and travelers from all over the world.

From October 18-25, Montalbera opens its doors to visitors, who may reserve a preview visit of the new wine cellar and taste Ruchè Prima Decade 2013; like the new cellar, it is a wine created in occasion of their tenth anniversary.
