Our rich history and experience have given us a unique style that has brought us to tables all over the world and even won us our BRC and IFS certifications.
• we only use native yeasts carefully selected in our vineyards
• we ferment the must in state of the art steel vats
• part of our wines are aged in barriques, tonneaux and large barrels of French oak
• we use greatly reduced amounts of sulphites compared to the limits set by law
• we respect the environment through our eco-sustainable practices and policies
