Analizzando con attenzione e scrupolo la produzione aziendale e il posizionamento dei migliori vigneti, lavorando con un’enologia moderna ed attenta, adottando le migliori regole in vigna, con un giusto e severo diradamento delle uve nei primi mesi estivi, effettuando un’attenta cernita di uve in sovra-maturazione, con un “piccolo” blend di uve appassite direttamente in vigna, MONTALBERA mette “LACCENTO QUALITATIVO” sulla È di Ruchè. Un vino di grande souplesse ed eleganza. Importante, suadente e di gran longevità, ma nel contempo dai grandi profumi delicati ammorbiditi e stemperati dalla sovra-maturazione.…quindi il Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato LACCENTO: vino d’originalità sublime. La quantità di fiore e frutto presente nel suo aroma è quello di alcune fra le più belle ed intense uve che ai giorni d’oggi, sì maestosamente fitte e polpose, possono essere raccolte e trasformate. Con un rispetto e un nitore assoluto tali da sentir immacolato in questo vino, il loro vivo, clorofilloso respiro. È un vino che non si può mai dimenticar d’aver incontrato, goduto e sì mirabilmente apprezzato".

By attentively and scrupulously analysing the Estate’s production and the positioning of the best vines, working with modern masterful oenological techniques, and following the best practices of vineyard management, a shrewd dispersion of the grapes during the early summer, wise selection of slightly overripe grapes directly in the vineyard, MONTALBERA put “LACCENTO#QUALITATIVE” on the È of the Ruchè. This gave birth to a wine with remarkable supplesse and elegance. An important wine, persuasive and long-lasting with delicate fragrances softened by the overripening. The Bricco Montalbera is an extraordinary southern exposed hill at an altitude of approximately 280 m above sea leveL. …and then: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato LACCENTO: a wine of sublime originality. The sheer quantity of flowers and fruit in the bouquet derives from one of the finest and most intense grapes that, so majestically luxuriant and luscious, can be harvested and processed today. Yet harvested with such respect and absolute lucidity that their lively, chlorophyllic breath is retained immaculately in this wine. Chapeau, is a wine that once encountered can never be forgotten, one enjoyed is yet admirably appreciated".
