Production area:
Castiglione Tinella, Langhe, Piedmont. Regione San Carlo.

Low Guyot-trained vines with 8-9 buds on the fruiting cane.

Grape variety:
100% pure Moscato d’Asti.

Winemaking process:
White wine fermentation, soft pressing, controlled temperature decantation and storage. Sparkling wine process takes place in autoclaves.

A fragrant taste typical of Moscato wines, pleasantly sweet, with notes of sage and orange blossom.

Spumante Campana 750g sparkling wine bottle. Limited edition, UVAG coloured glass.

75cl bottle.

Alcoholic content:
From 12.50-13.50% depending on the year of harvest, of which 7% is acquired alcohol.

Total acidity:
5.5-6.0 g/L.

Residual sugars:
100 g/L.

Dry extract:
17-18 g/L.

From 20-40 days in bottles, depending on the year of harvest.

Golden straw yellow.

Typical aroma, with hints of lime ower and acacia, peach and apricot, and traces of pleasing balsamic fragrances.

Abundant froth with a faint long-lasting head. Fine, continuous perlage
