Calypsos®

 Calypsos®

Words, thoughts, daily inspiration – we can find them all in the persuasive and unique emotional tasting of CALYPSOS. An exceptional “White Wine” created to help everyone relive their emotions and sentiments. The grape varieties chosen for this “hymn” have an international character: Viognier. The specific zone divided vineyards of the estate are the ones on the “lake hillside”.

Words or popular legends? The creation of a small microclimate thanks to the vicinity of the lake gives these vineyards the characteristic perfumes and structures typical of other countries. Yet once you taste this “White Wine”, you will begin to smile: the underlying rhythm is CALYPSOS.

This encourages continual study of the evolution and emotions of attentive and demanding new admirers for the perfumes, sweet palate and emotions that a glass of wine can inspire. Watching it come into being, in a unique bottle, brilliant and fascinating as the wine itself. A jewel of elegance and sophistication, the “finest” in its class.

…And, then, not everyone knows that…it is a sunny, fresh, agile and brisk wine…perhaps even too much so, it flows quickly into just six glasses… but perhaps it is the average time of love… ( F.M. )
