Grappa di Ruchè

Aged in Oak Casks

Grappa di Ruchè

Grappa of Ruchè Montalbera is obtained exclusively from our Ruchè marc from vineyards more than 20 years old. It is vinified in special tanks in a vacuum so that no olfactory element is lost. The next distillation takes place in discontinuous vapour stills; the marc is delicately pressed to increase extraction of fragrances and aromas of this rare
to allow the volatile components, which create the fragrances, the right amount of evaporation and subsequent condensation in order to maintain intact the precious organoleptic characteristics of the Ruchè grapes. A long ret time in oak carats soften the characteristics of youth, giving the final distillate its very own elegance and mildness.

Production is extremely limited, as are the grapes used to make it; its organoleptic characteristics make it inimitable on the worldwide stage of distillates.

Sipping this grappa after a meal is its proper historical usage. However, modern dining customers have started adopting it in the preparation of complex and multi-awarded dishes of haute-cuisine. It can be savoured at any time of the day, also accompanied by high quality cigars and chocolates.
