Ageing in stainless steel tanks and, partially, in French oak barrels; subsequently in the bottle positioned horizontally at a controlled temperature.
Colour:
Intense purple red with slight brick reflections.
Nose:
Intense, persistent, powerful and characteristic with typical Nebbiolo hints, with notes of dried rose and violet, slightly spiced with cloves, black pepper, nutmeg and a hint of light jam.
