Traditional red wine process.
Maturing in barriques, tonneaux and big barrels of French oak for about 10-15 months. Re nement in the bottle positioned horizontally with controlled temperature.
Flavours of red berries, raspberry and blackcurrant interchange with hints of dark chocolate and underwood.
Persistent and soft, with an embracing and harmonious tannic weave, with a good and balanced acidity typical of Barbera.
