Sparkling wine obtained from the vini cation of black grapes. Long Martinotti Charmat method developed in steel tanks with low temperatures. Re nement in stainless steel tanks and than in bottle vertically positioned.
Pale straw yellow.
Fine, persistent and balanced, with delicate oral notes, distinct hints of white fruits and green apple.
Excellent “ zz” with good persistence of a delicate crown. Fine, persistent and non-stopping perlage.
Great smoothness and balance, medium bodied, with hints of white fruits.
